NatCORR, the National Centre for Outdoor Risk and Readiness, is a collaborative initiative by Outward Bound Australia, built for outdoor practitioners across the country. The mission was genuine: helping the people who run outdoor programs manage risk as Australia’s climate keeps changing.
What NatCORR didn’t have was any way to be seen. No website. No consistent brand. Nothing to hand a funder that said, this organisation is ready. The mission was real. Nobody could find it.
