I’ve been there too.
In 1998, I took a leap of faith and launched Your Virtual Assistant, New Zealand’s very first virtual assistant provider. For over two decades, we’ve been leading the way, from building dedicated virtual teams to evolving into virtual business managers. I’ve worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs, navigating the growing pains and scaling challenges that come with running a business and I’ve learnt first-hand that overwhelm and losing clarity is the worst place you can be when it comes to leading a business.
I lacked vision, I was entrenched in daily operations, and I was running on empty. Fast forward to today, I’ve finally got the freedom to live and lead exactly how I am meant to be.
